The size of the room was wonderful. I used the gym everyday I was there and it was very clean. Housekeeping (one woman in particular) was amazing. The location was ideal for work, a baseball game and checking out the restaurants and stores at the Plaza.

The design of the room was very comfortable. It felt open and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of outlets everywhere you want one. Never had to hunt for one or use extension cords. Duel cup coffee maker was nice. The large flat screen TV that swiveled so you could watch it in bed or in the sitting area was a really nice design.

Came to KC for a few days with my spouse and 2 year old. We really enjoyed the big pool (outdoor and indoor) and even had it to ourselves one day. Breakfast buffet had lots of options that we all enjoyed - a variety of hot and cold/sweet and savory. Staff was friendly and attentive when we needed more towels or needed to empty our trash. Parking is in their own parking garage attached to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room felt spacious (king studio suite). The location is close to the Crown Center and lots of walkable shopping (mostly clothing stores) nearby.

Location was nice. Valet staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the bar area. Room itself was lovely and the bed was so comfortable.

The room was not what we had booked and paid for, and this was because we had inadvertently booked through Booking.com, rather than the Hilton directly. This was a disappointment, because we didn’t have enough beds to accommodate our family. The Hilton staff was as helpful as they could be, however, it was inconvenient for us. We will be careful not to book through Booking.com again.

this was the perfect spot for me and hubby to get away. the staff was incredibly friendly and greeted us promptly every time we were within 5 feet.
